Legends Parade: This is why you should be part of it tomorrow

At 17.00 prompt we enter the press area of the F1 FanZone, that has been prepared for the final rehearsal of the F1 Legends Parade. The entrance area is filled with thousands of fans, in the background you can listen to Tom Walek, who opens the autograph session of the Red Bull Racing Team.

Shortly said: The area is filled to capacity

Here are the best quote oft he Legends-Drivers at the final rehearsal. First: Brandon Hartley, reigning Le-Mans-Champion and avowing fan of Helmut Marko:

„I only can advise everyone to come here – here you can see living legends in legendary crates. Despite, when I think of my car (Porsche 919), you could not say ‘Legend’ yet, but I hope it will have a legends status in the future. And: If you can get the chance, go and grab an autograph of Hans Stuck. He is a Le-Mans-Legend in every way – and his car as well.”

No sooner said than done! We didn’t ask Stuck for an autograph but faced him with what Brendon Hartley said – and he was overwhelmed:

“If Brendon is saying something like that, I am really touched. If I look at him, it is as if I would look into a mirror – as well as seeing his character as him as a driver: Bendron is open, eloquent and takes his career into his own hands. Concerning the event here: To come here as a motorsports fan is going to pay off! From new to old – everything is here – a good investment.”

Brendon Hartely passes us, Hans Stuck is shouting at him: ‘Brandon, thanks for the compliment” – and gives him a hug. Next up: Neel Jani from Switzerland:

„Spielberg already payed off when my dad was driving here – and today that’s nothing different. At the Legends Parade almost only Le-Mans-Winners are taking a ride, so the exclusivity of the legends is nothing to have questions about. This weekend is a expansion of the senses for every fan.”

Can those words convince enough?

Then you should never ever miss tomorrow’s Legends Parade – tomorrow, Sunday, at 12:45!
