From 0 to RC16 in three years: „KTM goes MotoGP“!

The documentary "KTM goes MotoGP" gives uniqe insights into the story of Austria's first MotoGP-Team and the developement of the RC16. Now on Red Bull TV.

News came out in the summer of 2016: KTM will move to MotoGP! Almost three years later, the RC16, the “Bike made in Austria”, was unveiled on February 20th 2017. At the start of the Season in Qatar Red Bull KTM Factory Racing had it’s first official race in MotoGP, while at the second outing in Argentina Pol Espargaró and Bradley Smith won the first world-championship-points in KTM-history. The exciting and demanding time of development is now open to all fans, who can watch history in the making up close: The documentary “KTM goes MotoGP” captured (almost) everything.

From 0 to RC16 in three years

Almost 900 days went past between the announcement the first official race. Almost three years, during which camera crews where always near while the RC16 was developed, the first tests were made and the first Austrian MotoGP-team was born. The most important people get to tell their story and offer unique peeks behind the curtains of MotoGP and Red Bull KTM Factory Racing.

Home-race in August 2017
