F1 Fan Zone – experiences away from the racing circuit

The F1 Fan Zone at Spielberg is to open for four full days over the weekend of the Formula 1 BWT Großer Preis von Österreich 2021. Entertainment in the air and on the ground, exhibitions, exciting challenges and merchandise shops with the teams‘ latest collections are sure to make motorsport hearts race.

From the Formula 1 Pit Stop Challenge to the Driver Reaction Challenge, the Emirates Helmet Station to the Formula 1 Esports and Driver Pic Stop Station, fans can enjoy unique action away from the racing circuit every day from 8.30 am – 6.30 pm (apart from 12 pm– 6.30 pm on Thursdays). Fans can also get an ultimate adrenaline kick with bungee jumping from a height of 65 metres.

The Car Exhibition Area will present real racing cars from various manufacturers every day from 8.30 am – 6.30 pm (shorter hours on Thursday 12.00 pm – 6.30 pm). Starting with an AlphaTauri Ferrari 488 GT3 and a Red Bull Ferrari 488 GT3 via an AlphaTauri KTM X-Bow GTX, a Red Bull KTM X-Bow GT2, a Porsche 911 GT2 RS Clubsport, an Audi R8 LMS GT3 and a Mercedes AMG GT3 as well as Drift Racing Cars of the Red Bull Driftbrothers, motorsport enthusiasts can enjoy a good look at some real horsepower-packed delights in the F1 Fan Zone.

There is also top catering in the F1 Fan Zone too, of course. There will be an extra treat for fans with public viewing – as the quarter finals of the European football championships will be shown live!
