Leeb Rundstreckentrophy (Touring car racing)

Friends of touring car action should not miss the Leeb Rundstreckentrophy staged between Friday, 19 May and Saturday, 20 May 2017 at the Red Bull Ring.

In total, fans are treated to seven different racing series with two races each and the best thing about it is that admission is free on both days. In the open paddock, motorsports fans get their money’s worth the entire weekend.

Motorsports times seven

With seven different racing series, the Leeb Rundstreckentrophy provides for a varied weekend of motorsports. The DMV GTC Gran Turismo – Touring Car Cup brings brutally powerful race cars onto the track when – after the start at Hockenheim and Dijon in France – it stages its third out of eight racing weekends at the Red Bull Ring. The Czech Skoda Oktavia Cup – a fixture in the Leeb Rundstreckentrophy agenda – provides young talents with a great platform.  This year’s newcomer is the Polish Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge Central Europe. Even formula race cars will take to the start on the Red Bull Ring, when the Österreichische Rennwagenmeisterschaft (ÖRM F3)  enters the track. Additionally, the Trophy features FIA Zone up to 2000 cc and over 2000 cc races as well as a FIA Zone long-distance race providing a full hour of action.
