Austrian GP Day 2: Tension and temperatures soars

It has been a day of high temperatures and hot laps in Spielberg – but it was not only the brilliant sunshine at the Red Bull Ring that made for a hot day as the first two free practice sessions of Formula 1 got underway in a day characterised by gusting wind and sweltering heat.

Besides the F1, F2, F3 and the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup action, the Red Bull Driftbrothers brought fans to their feet. While those who did not bear the sun anymore could enjoy the Racing Simulator and other F1-inspired challenges in the Fanzone.
